The KAG Logistics solution consists of the following services:

• Product Sourcing – Sourcing instructions can be fed electronically to KAG Logistics or executed by KAG Logistics through customer provided parameters. KAG Logistics will also manage contract compliance.
• Inventory Management – Inventories are managed and orders created through an automated stock replenishment module. Product levels can be received electronically through interface with automated tank gauges (ATG’s), via an interactive voice response (IVR) unit, or via the web. Inventory quantity parameters can also be established to reduce ‘capital in the ground’.
• Delivery Scheduling – Orders are optimized and scheduled through a resource scheduling optimizer (RSO) to ensure the most efficient utilization of trucking resources and delivery execution.
• Carrier Selection – Per customer’s instructions, KAG Logistics can utilize KAG subsidiaries, other vetted contract carriers, or customer’s proprietary fleet. Regardless of the number of carriers used, all transactions will be between KAG Logistics and customer.
• Trucking Communication & Execution – Orders are transmitted electronically to onboard computer systems for execution by drivers. Drivers update the system with transactional data at every step of the delivery, which allows real time access to all information.
• Other Benefits of Onboard Computers – Onboard computers also provide automated driver logging, automated driver payroll features, GPS tracking, driver productivity management, and safety and security management tools.
• Delivery Data Updates – KAG Logistics can electronically transmit delivery data to customers upon delivery completion or provide the information via website access.
• Electronic Invoicing – Invoices for carriers can be consolidated and sent electronically to customers. Documents can be viewed and retrieved via KAGBilling.com.
• Automated Payment – KAG Logistics can receive payments via AFT or other automated process.
• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) - KAG Logistics provides customized timely key performance indicators for execution confirmation and cost benefit confirmation.
